Orders typically ship out the next business day. Orders placed Fri-Sun will ship out on Monday.

HBK Glam to most countries worldwide via FedEx SmartPost for all domestic packages and DHL for all international packages. Alaska and Hawaii will be via USPS.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$8.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $30)

$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide 

The processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. 

Hidden By K is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.



HIDDEN BY K displays the transit times quoted by the shipping carrier companies (USPS/Canada Post). It reflects the average duration of transit - it may be faster or considerably longer. Please note, HIDDEN BY K is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs.


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us As Soon As Possible. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. Hidden By K will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
